BELL

Michael has been within the fitness industry for over six years now after leaving the Australian Defence Force. His time there taught him the importance of guidance, accountability and leadership. He has an array of different experience working with the general population, national sporting athletes & rehab patients. Michael has also lectured for the Australian Institute of Personal Training, delivering Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness while also mentoring up and coming Personal Trainers.

 

Michael believes that leaders lead from the front. This means that Michael is continually pushing his limits to inspire others. With a background in kitesurfing, Michael competed professionally in his younger years earning himself a national championship and exposure to life as a professional athlete. Michael's training has grown from strength to strength and encompasses strength, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, mobility and skill development work ensuring his clients and athletes reach higher levels of being.

 

With a passion for growth,  Michael has been mentored by industry leaders such as Keegan Smith (Real Movement Project) while constantly seeking out new knowledge from countless courses and experts.  Michael strongly believes on passing his knowledge to his clients in the hope of one-day eradicating chronic disease & pain from society through education & movement.

JACOB

CHEAH

After studying psychology for some years & finding that it didn’t align with his values, Jacob found his true passion for helping others grow through health and fitness. Helping people to live a happier & pain-free life while moving out of their comfort zones is one of his driving factors for being in the fitness industry.

 

Jacob has worked in a variety of facilities over the past decade, ranging from community leisure centres, personal training studios all the way up to high-performance strength facilities. After many years working for the man, Jacob took the leap & started coaching out of his very own garage gym. 

 

After joining forces with Bellie, they created Flow Performance. Armed with a vision to positively affect the masses and provide their proven methods & tools to help people become more confident, happier & leaner.
